CraftAI CV provides tools to help users structure, tailor, preview, and download CVs and related documents.

The service uses a combination of user-provided information and AI-assisted processing to generate CV content. All output is provided as a drafting aid only.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide
• Reviewing all generated content before use
• Ensuring your CV is truthful and appropriate for job applications

CraftAI CV does not verify the accuracy of CV content and is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in user-submitted or generated material.

CraftAI CV does not guarantee:

• job interviews
• job offers
• improved application success
• acceptance by recruiters or employers

Recruitment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

AI-generated content is provided as assistance only. You acknowledge that:

• AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable
• You must review and approve all content before use
• You use generated content at your own discretion and risk

Some features require an account or email-based access.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access details and for all activity associated with your account.

Certain features require payment.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are displayed before purchase
• All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise

By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount.

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to generated content, refunds are generally not provided.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing paid features, please contact support and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.

At this time, most CV data is stored locally in your browser on your device. Limited data may be processed temporarily on our servers to provide previews, downloads, or AI-assisted features.

You agree not to:

• misuse the service
• attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the platform
• use CraftAI CV for unlawful or deceptive purposes
• interfere with the operation or security of the service

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse.

All website content, templates, branding, and software are the property of CraftAI CV or its licensors.

You may use generated CV content for personal job applications. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit templates or platform content without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftAI CV shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of job opportunities
• loss of income or business
• reliance on generated content

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
